Ally O’Neil is a vinyl DJ and longtime record collector based in Los Angeles. Originally from Bend, Oregon, she started collecting records as a teenager and has spent more than a decade digging for music, building her collection, and discovering the stories behind the records she loves.

Her sets move through soul, funk, jazz, disco, boogie, and rare grooves, bringing together records she’s collected over the years with lesser known finds and personal favorites. She’s drawn to records with feeling and character, always looking for music that fits the moment.

Ally is a resident DJ at The Living Room, a members club in Hollywood, where she oversees the vinyl collection for the space. Her love of collecting and sharing music has led to several appearances on KJAZZ 88.1 alongside saxophonist Tom Scott, where she talks about the records in her collection and the stories behind her selections. Her DJing and vinyl curation work has included Prada, Valentino, Fendi, RE/DONE, Apple TV, Fear of God.
